BRITISH COLUMBIA

2005 Dragon Fly Hill Vineyards Chardonnay, Saanich (Okanagan Fruit)

The initial nose is quiescent, belying the promise of soft stone fruit, deftly profiled caramelized butter tones from second generation French Oak barrel aging and a sneaky release of vibrant florality pluming in the inoculated mouth as you breath into what you’ve swallowed. Interesting the self deceptive prejudices we have about price and perception of relative value: not unlike the experience of going on a blind date with low expectations and being shocked by the humble perfection of it all.

River's Bend Flaxen White,
A blend of varietals from the local vineyard, this dry white wine has a flaxen gold colour. Citrus, apple and pear notes are followed by a crisp finish. Chilled on a sunny day is simply perfect.

River's Bend Viognier,
An exotic full bodied and fragrant white wine with honeysuckle aromas. Orchard ripe peach, apricot and green apple flavour notes are followed by a dry citrus finish.

Sumac Ridge Gewurztraminer, Okanagan Valley
Wonderful cool climate Gewurztraminer nose - lychee, spice and grapefruit. The citrus and grapefruit continue the lengthy finish with hints of spice to round out this balanced beauty.

Rigamarole Rose, Oliver B.C.
A blend of varietals, led by Pinot Noir but also including Gamay,Merlot and Shiraz, mingle so perfectly in this wonderfully engaging rose wine.

2007 Lindemans Premier Select Chardonnay, Hunter Valley
Established in 1973 on a 163 hectare dairy farm near Mildura in the Sunraysia district, Lindemans has morphed to one of the biggest prducers of entry level palate wines in the southern hemisphere. We recognize as have they, safety in continuity of palate predictability.

Oyster Bay Sauvignon Blanc, New Zealand

A pas des dues of Ortega & Siegerrebe grapes levitating a veritable explosion of fruit pungent florality with signature terroire 'slap of the baby dragon's tail on wet slate' finish resulting from zero irrigation and cold fermentation. Both honouring in the purest form what comes out of the ground and into you.

2005 Mystic River Vineyards Pinot Blanc, Wild Goose Winery, OK Falls
